Let’s Talk Henna

October 17, 2017

Henna isn’t just about the design. It’s also about the how tidy and elegant the work is. I’ve been getting my henna’s since I was 7 so I know when a person is meticulous and serious about the craft. I remember it still being free back in 1998 and then eventually as time passed, they started charging 5dhs per hand…then 10…20…and now it can cost up to 50dhs! I don’t mind paying as long as I know I’m going to get my money’s worth. However, it’s hard to find artists nowadays that focuses more on the craft than on the money. I’ve had my fair share of disappointments with henna and so, I’ve stopped trusting artists no matter how much they charge.

Until I came across Komal from Henna Shagun Creations. Check out her Instagram page!

Komal has been ding professional henna for over 7 years now so you can be sure that your henna will turn out just as amazing as the one she did for me. If you want something simple and elegant, she can do so. And if you want something over the top, she’s up for the challenge too! The best part is, her henna is all natural. No additives such as petrol (yes, some henna’s have petrol so always be careful as it can give you the worst side effects!!!) and no harmful chemicals that can compromise your health!

If you want to get in touch with her and get yourself a henna as well, you can get in touch with her through her Instagram account details. You don’t need to worry about finding her, as she goes to you for your convenience. And that means, NO HASSLE!ย Her designs start from 25AED on one side of the hand ๐Ÿ™‚
